The ISR Performance 2.5 inch worm drive clamp is a standard worm gear hose clamp sized for 2.5 inch couplers on intercooler and intake piping. It is the clamp you grab when assembling a front mount kit, replacing a stripped or rusted clamp, or finishing a custom charge pipe run in 2.5 inch tubing.

Why Clamp Choice Matters

A charge pipe coupler is only as good as the clamp holding it. A clamp that is too large will not snug down evenly, and one that is too small will not seat over the coupler lip at all. Matching the clamp to the coupler size gives even pressure around the whole circumference, which is what keeps the joint sealed under boost.

Compatibility

Universal. Fits 2.5 inch silicone or rubber couplers on intercooler piping, intake tubes, and other 2.5 inch plumbing. ISR also offers 2.75 inch and 3 inch versions.

Usage Notes

Position the clamp over the pipe's bead or lip, not past it, and tighten in stages. Recheck torque after the first heat cycle since couplers settle.
