ISR Performance Driveshaft – LS Swap S14 Non ABS – Aluminum

Dropping a GM LS into a 1995 to 1998 240SX changes where the transmission output sits, and the ISR Performance aluminum driveshaft for the non-ABS S14 is cut to that new length. This version is for S14 chassis that never had ABS and therefore use the non-ABS differential flange at the rear.

Aluminum advantages

Many swap builders stick with steel because it is familiar, but an aluminum shaft takes a meaningful chunk of weight out of the driveline. The reduced rotating mass is a small gain on its own, yet it adds up alongside other lightweight driveline parts, and it keeps overall vehicle weight down.

Fitment

Nissan 240SX S14 (1995 to 1998), LS engine swap, non-ABS rear differential. S14 cars with ABS need the separate ABS version because the diff flange differs.

Install notes

Double-check the differential flange style on your car before ordering. Measure slip yoke engagement once the shaft is in place, and inspect the driveshaft loop or tunnel clearance at full droop and full compression. Torque the flange bolts and recheck after a short drive.
