ISR Performance Driveshaft – LS Swap S13 Non ABS – Aluminum

The ISR Performance aluminum driveshaft for an LS swapped S13 240SX without ABS solves the last link in the swap: getting power from a GM transmission to the Nissan differential with a shaft that is the right length and uses the right flanges on both ends. It is made for the non-ABS S13 rear end, which carries a different differential flange than ABS-equipped cars.

Why aluminum

An aluminum shaft trims rotating and overall weight compared with steel. Less rotational inertia means the drivetrain spins up a bit more freely, and the lower mass is easier on the output shaft and differential pinion when the car is being driven hard.

Install notes

Confirm which differential flange your car has before ordering. Check that the shaft seats fully in the transmission tailshaft and torque the flange bolts to spec. Aluminum shafts should be inspected for dents or scoring before every install, since surface damage can affect balance.
