ISR Performance Aluminum BOV Modular Flange Kit - HKS

The ISR Performance aluminum BOV modular flange kit in the HKS pattern mounts an HKS style blow off valve to an aluminum charge pipe. Whether you are finishing a plain hot pipe, building custom intercooler plumbing on a 240SX or Genesis Coupe, or relocating a valve, this flange gives the HKS valve a flat, properly drilled seat.

Why Not Clamp It

Clamp-on BOV adapters and rubber-mounted valves tend to shift and leak as the hose ages and the clamps relax. A welded aluminum flange is permanent, seals against a flat face and keeps the valve pointed where you want the vented air to go.

Fits

Universal. Any aluminum charge pipe where you want to run an HKS pattern valve. Verify your valve uses the HKS bolt pattern; Greddy and Tial pattern kits are listed separately.

Install Notes

TIG weld only. Pick a location on the cold side between the intercooler and throttle body, cut the opening, clean to bare metal, tack and check valve clearance before running the full bead.
