ISR Performance Aluminum BOV Modular Flange Kit - Greddy

The ISR Performance aluminum BOV modular flange kit in the Greddy pattern is a weld-on mount for Greddy style blow off valves. It lets you add a Greddy valve to an aluminum intercooler pipe that was not pre-flanged, or move the valve to a better spot on a custom piping run.

Flange Placement

A blow off valve works best positioned on the charge pipe between the intercooler and throttle body, close enough to the throttle body to vent pressure quickly when it closes. Welding in your own flange means you choose that spot based on the actual car rather than where a pre-made pipe happened to put it.

Compatibility

Universal fit for any aluminum charge pipe. For Greddy pattern valves only; ISR offers separate HKS and Tial pattern flange kits.

Install Notes

Aluminum requires TIG welding. Cut the pipe opening slightly undersize, clean both surfaces, tack the flange and confirm valve clearance to the hood and surrounding components before completing the weld. Use a fresh gasket or O-ring on the valve when you bolt it up.
