This ISR Performance hot pipe with HKS BOV flange for the Nissan S13 SR20DET comes with the HKS blow off valve flange already welded in place. Bolt your HKS style valve on and the hot side of your front mount intercooler is done, no trip to a TIG welder needed.

Running an HKS Valve

HKS pattern valves are among the most common on SR builds, and a pre-flanged pipe takes out the guesswork of positioning and welding the flange yourself. The flange location is set so the valve clears surrounding components in the S13 bay with the engine in the factory position.

Fitment

Nissan 240SX S13 with the SR20DET engine, factory turbo location. Intended for use with ISR S13 front mount intercooler piping. For a Greddy pattern valve, see the Greddy-flanged hot pipe; for no flange at all, the plain hot pipe.

Install Notes

The blow off valve is not included. Use the valve's gasket or O-ring and torque the bolts evenly. Route the vacuum reference line to a manifold source and keep it clear of the exhaust manifold heat.
