ISR Performance Tial Weld-On Blow Off Valve Flange Kit - Aluminum

The ISR Performance Tial weld-on blow off valve flange is an aluminum flange cut for 50mm Tial style BOVs. Weld it to an aluminum intercooler pipe and you have a proper mounting pad for the valve, with the correct bolt pattern and sealing face, instead of relying on a clamp-on adapter.

Compatibility Note

This flange does not thread onto the ISR modular hot pipe. It is a weld-on piece only. If you are running the ISR modular hot pipe system, use the threaded BOV adapter that is made for it rather than this flange.

Where It Is Used

Common homes for this flange include custom intercooler piping on turbo Nissan S13 and S14 240SX builds, Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T charge pipes, and any fabricated turbo setup where the factory BOV location has been blocked off and the valve relocated.

Fabrication Tips

Cut the pipe opening to match the flange bore, bevel the edges, and clamp the flange square before tacking so the BOV sits flat. Keep the flange a few inches from a bend where possible so the valve body has clearance, and check that the valve's vacuum reference port is reachable once the pipe is installed.
