ISR Performance Tial Modular Weld-On Blow Off Valve Flange Kit - Aluminum

The ISR Performance Tial modular weld-on blow off valve flange kit gives you a clean way to mount a Tial-pattern blow off valve on an aluminum intercooler pipe. Rather than buying a pre-flanged hot pipe for one specific valve, you weld this flange wherever the plumbing makes the most sense on your build and keep the rest of the piping as is.

Why Weld a Flange

A blow off valve needs a solid, flat mounting surface to seal correctly under boost. Trying to clamp a valve to a hose or improvise a bracket usually leads to leaks or a valve that chatters. A proper welded flange puts the valve exactly where it sits between the turbo and the throttle body with no extra fittings in the way.

Compatibility

Universal. Use it on any aluminum intercooler pipe where you want to run a Tial-style valve. Confirm your valve's base matches the Tial pattern before cutting the pipe.

Install Notes

Aluminum must be welded with TIG, so plan on a shop or an experienced friend if you do not weld aluminum yourself. Clean the pipe surface thoroughly, tack the flange, then check that the valve body clears the hood, strut tower and wiring before finishing the weld.
