ISR Performance Universal Steel Dimple Plates - 29mm Holes

The ISR Performance universal steel dimple gusset plate with 29mm holes is the wide-format plate in ISR's dimple plate range. It measures 24 inches by 12 inches by 1/8 inch, double the width of the 6 inch plates, with 29mm flared holes across the sheet. The extra width lets you cut larger gussets, door bar panels and bulkhead pieces from a single plate without seams.

Built for the Fabricator

ISR designed these plates for the shop or home fabricator who does not want to spend the time, or buy the dies and press, to make dimple plates for a cage. You get a consistent, factory-formed pattern across the whole sheet, and a 24 by 12 inch piece covers a lot of cage.

Choosing 29mm

The 29mm hole is the middle size in the lineup. It shaves more weight than the 20mm pattern while still leaving solid material between holes for large gussets where the plate ties several tubes together.

Usage Notes

Cut to the length and width you need and weld in. The zinc coating protects the plate from rust during storage and shipping, and it must be sanded back to bare steel anywhere a weld will land. Plan your cuts to keep the hole pattern centered on the finished piece for a clean look.
