ISR Performance OE Replacement Rear Main Seal - RWD SR20DET

ISR Performance's OE replacement rear main seal fits the Nissan RWD SR20DET in S13 and S14 chassis and seals the crankshaft where it exits the back of the block. If you are pulling the transmission for a clutch job or doing an SR swap, this is the seal to replace while access is easy, because getting to it later means removing the gearbox all over again.

Why a fresh seal belongs in every clutch job

Rear main seals harden with age and heat, and a weeping seal drops oil onto the clutch disc and flywheel. The symptoms are a slipping or chattering clutch and an oily bell housing that is easy to mistake for a transmission leak. Replacing the seal with the trans out is cheap insurance.

Install notes
