ISR Performance 2 Bolt 3" Exhaust Gasket

The ISR Performance 2 bolt 3 inch exhaust gasket is the standard flange gasket for 3 inch exhaust connections on the Nissan 240SX and other cars using a 2 bolt 3 inch flange. ISR catback systems, downpipes and test pipes all join with this style of gasket, so it is the right spare to keep in the toolbox.

Where it is used

On a typical 240SX exhaust, 2 bolt 3 inch gaskets sit between the downpipe and test pipe, between the test pipe and the front pipe of the catback, and between the front pipe and the muffler section. ISR systems include the gaskets they need, but exhaust work rarely goes to plan: a gasket tears on removal, one gets crushed, or you pull a section off to swap a test pipe. Having extras saves a second trip under the car.

Fitment

Any 2 bolt 3 inch exhaust flange. Confirm the bolt spacing on your flanges before ordering.

Install tip

Never reuse an exhaust gasket once the joint has been apart. Scrape the flange faces clean, fit the gasket dry, and tighten both bolts evenly so the gasket crushes uniformly. A short recheck after the exhaust has been heat cycled will catch any bolts that have loosened.
