ISR Performance 3 Bolt 70mm Downpipe Gasket

The ISR Performance 3 bolt 70mm downpipe gasket seals the 3 inch, 3 bolt flange between an O2 housing and the downpipe. It is the gasket used on the outlet side of ISR's SR20DET turbine outlets, and it is the one you want on hand whenever that joint is opened up.

When you need one

Exhaust gaskets at the turbo end of the system see the most heat and should not be reused once the flange has been separated. A tired gasket at the downpipe flange shows up as a ticking leak under boost, soot around the joint, and sometimes a check engine light if the leak is upstream of a sensor. Keep a fresh one with your O2 housing or downpipe so the install can be finished cleanly the first time.

Fitment

Any 3 bolt, 3 inch (70mm) flange with a matching pattern, including the 3 bolt outlet on ISR Performance SR20DET O2 housings and turbine extensions.

Install tip

Clean both flange faces, fit the gasket, and torque the three bolts evenly in stages so the flange seats flat. Recheck after the first heat cycle.
