ISR Performance Pro Series Rear Upper Control Arm - Nissan 240sx 89-98 S13/S14

The ISR Performance Pro Series rear upper control arm for the 1989-1998 Nissan 240SX brings adjustable rear camber to the S13 and S14 chassis in a stronger package than the Street Series arm it grew out of. After years of running the basic Street Series arms, ISR developed this higher end line to give drivers tighter control over rear geometry and better overall performance once the car is lowered and pushed hard.

What the Pro Series changes

Every upgrade in the Pro line targets the weak points that show up when a control arm sees repeated track and drift abuse:

• Japanese spherical rod bearings for precise, bind-free articulation
• Larger rod ends to carry more load through the pivot
• Rod end dust boots to keep grit and water out of the bearing
• Thicker materials throughout the arm body
• Added bracing to resist flex under cornering load

Why upgrade the rear upper arm

Once an S-chassis is lowered, the factory rear upper arm pushes camber well past a usable range. A length-adjustable arm lets you dial rear camber back to a setting that suits your tire and driving style, which pays off in tire wear, rear grip and predictable rotation. The spherical bearings also remove the rubber compliance that lets the rear end wander under load.

Suited to street and track use. Expect a slight increase in road feel and noise compared to rubber-bushed arms, which is the normal trade for spherical bearings.
