ISR Performance Intercooler Cold Pipe - Nissan KA24DE

The ISR Performance KA24DE intercooler cold pipe is the one piece of piping that makes an SR-style front mount intercooler kit work on a turbocharged KA24DE 240SX. The SR20DET and KA24DE place their throttle bodies in different spots, so the cold side pipe from an SR kit will not line up on a KA. This pipe solves that, letting you run the rest of the ISR SR intercooler piping on a KA-T build without cutting and welding.

What It Does

• Cold side pipe routing from the intercooler outlet to the KA24DE throttle body
• Required when using ISR SR20DET intercooler piping on a KA24DE
• Replaces the SR-specific cold pipe in the kit

Fitment

Nissan 240SX with the KA24DE engine running a turbo setup and ISR SR20DET-pattern intercooler piping. This is the cold side only; it does not include the hot pipe, core, couplers or clamps.

Install Notes

Check the throttle body coupler size on your intake manifold and make sure the pipe clears the upper radiator hose, battery tray and any relocated components before final tightening. Mock the full piping run up loose first, then snug every clamp once the pipe alignment is set so nothing is under tension.
