ISR Performance M-Spec KA24DE Intercooler Kit - Nissan 240sx S13/S14

The ISR Performance M-Spec KA24DE intercooler kit is a complete front mount intercooler package for the 1991 to 1998 Nissan 240SX running a turbocharged KA24DE with a bottom mount turbo. Unlike kits that leave you to source a hot pipe, this one includes every pipe from the turbo outlet to the throttle body, all in aluminum, paired with a bar and plate core that supports up to 400 horsepower.

Fitment

Nissan 240SX, 1991 through 1998, KA24DE engine with a bottom mount turbo setup. The core bolts directly onto the S13 chassis. It can also be used on the S14 chassis with the addition of two small mounting tabs at the bottom of the core.

Hot Pipe Options

The standard kit ships with a plain hot pipe. If you plan to run a Greddy or HKS style blow off valve, choose the pre-flanged hot pipe upgrade so the valve bolts straight on without welding.

Install Notes

Fit the core first, then route piping from the turbo forward and tighten clamps last. S14 owners should fabricate the two lower mounting tabs before hanging the core.
