ISR Performance KA24DE Turbo Kit Package - Nissan 240sx

Turbocharging the KA24DE is one of the most common paths to power in the 240SX community, and the ISR Performance KA24DE turbo kit package puts the major pieces together in one order. The KA's iron block and 600cc cylinders give it durability and low end torque the SR20DET cannot match, and starting from the engine already in the car keeps the project cost sensible.

Kit contents

• ISR Performance RS3871 turbo, rated to approximately 380hp (requires tuning, injectors, MAF and supporting parts)
• ISR Performance V2 KA24DE turbo manifold
• ISR Performance 3 inch turbine O2 housing
• ISR Performance 3 inch downpipe
• ISR Performance Z32 MAF intake kit
• ISR Performance KA-T front mount M Spec intercooler kit
• ISR Performance KA24DE 7 layer exhaust manifold gasket

What is not included

• Oil feed and drain lines: ISR does not yet offer a line kit for the KA, so these need to be sourced or made
• Blow off valve flange: the kit does not come with one. The ISR S13 SR20DET hot pipe with BOV flange is needed if you plan to run a BOV, or call to have a flange added
• Z32 MAF, injectors and a ROM tune

Fitment and clearance

Nissan 240SX with the KA24DE engine. With a bottom mount KA-T layout the downpipe runs very close to the floorboard, so plan on clearancing the downpipe or the floor in that area.

Related parts

ISR Performance hot pipe with BOV flange and ISR Performance injectors are available separately to complete the build.
