ISR Performance Intercooler Piping Kit Only - Nissan SR20DET S14

The ISR Performance intercooler piping kit only for the Nissan S14 SR20DET supplies the aluminum front mount charge piping for the S14 chassis without a core. It is the right choice when the intercooler core is already sorted and the missing piece is a clean, chassis-specific set of pipes to connect it.

Aluminum Over Hose

Long runs of flexible hose on the charge side expand under boost and sag over time, which costs throttle response and invites leaks. Hard aluminum pipe keeps its shape, stays sealed at the couplers, and gives you a surface to weld on a blow off valve flange or a bung for a charge temperature sensor.

Fitment

Nissan 240SX S14 with the SR20DET engine. Designed around the factory turbo location and stock intake manifold throttle body. S13 owners should order the S13 piping kit instead.

Install Notes

Hang the core, then fit the hot pipe first since it has the least room to move, and work the cold side toward the throttle body. Leave clamps loose until the whole run sits naturally, then tighten and pressure test.
