ISR Performance Intake Kit - Nissan SR20DET S13

The ISR Performance intake kit for the Nissan S13 SR20DET replaces the restrictive bellowed factory rubber inlet pipe and filter with a 2.75 inch aluminum intake tube and a cone filter. Once the factory bellowed tube is removed, the ISR tube secures onto the factory T25 cast inlet pipe and routes around the power steering pump and air conditioning compressor, keeping the filter out of the engine's heat as much as the S13 bay allows.

Why Ditch the Factory Inlet

• The stock ribbed rubber tube collapses under vacuum and restricts flow into the turbo
• Old rubber cracks and lets unmetered air in behind the MAF, causing rough idle and lean conditions
• A rigid 2.75 inch aluminum tube flows cleanly and keeps its shape under all conditions

Fitment

Nissan 240SX S13 with the SR20DET engine using the factory S13 mass airflow sensor. If you have converted to the larger Z32 MAF, order the Z32 version of this kit instead, which ships with the matching adapter.

Install Notes

Remove the factory bellowed inlet and air box, attach the MAF adapter to your sensor, slide the tube onto the cast T25 inlet with a coupler and tighten the worm clamps once the tube sits clear of the PS pump and AC compressor. Check for intake leaks by listening for whistle under boost and vacuum on the first drive.
