ISR Performance Couplers and Clamps - T-Bolt Hose Clamp - 2.75"+8mm

The ISR Performance 2.75 inch plus 8mm T-bolt hose clamp secures a silicone coupler to 2.75 inch piping. The extra 8mm in the size accounts for the coupler wall, so the clamp lands in the right part of its range once it is over a coupler on 2.75 inch pipe. This size pairs with the 2.75 inch couplers used on VQ intake tubes and on charge piping that has stepped up from 2.5 inch. The T-bolt design spreads clamping force around the full circumference and can be torqued firmly without distorting the band or cutting the silicone.

Fitment

Universal part for 2.75 inch OD tubing with a standard-wall silicone coupler. Matches ISR's 2.75 inch straight and 45 degree couplers and the 2.75 inch leg of the 2.50 to 2.75, 2.75 to 3.00, 2.75 to 3.00 inch 90 degree and 2.75 to 3.00 inch 45 degree reducers. One clamp per order.

Fitting notes

Place the clamp over the coupler where it covers solid pipe, tighten evenly, and stop once the silicone is firmly compressed. Confirm the clamp is square to the pipe and recheck after the first heat cycle. Expect a packaged weight of about 1 lb.
