ISR Performance Billet RB20DET Front Facing Intake Manifold

RB20DET owners have had fewer manifold options than their RB25 and RB26 counterparts, which is why the ISR Performance billet RB20DET front facing intake manifold combo fills a real gap. The kit turns the throttle body to face forward, includes a gold anodized 14mm top feed fuel rail and a 90mm billet throttle body, and is designed to pick up mid range and top end power on an RB20 running a larger turbo and camshafts.

Fitment

Nissan RB20DET engines, including RB20 swaps into the 240SX S13 and S14. The manifold retains provisions for the OEM idle air control valve.

Street or Race

Keep the factory IAC for a street car with stock style idle control, or fit the delete plate for a race build. Either way the manifold is intended to work in both roles.

What to Plan For

Converting an RB20 to this manifold means new top feed injectors, 8AN fuel plumbing with a regulator, and a fresh charge pipe to the forward facing 90mm throttle body. Relocate vacuum references and coolant lines that previously lived on the stock manifold, and retune the ECU. The same manifold design is available from ISR for the RB25DET, with the same rail and throttle body sizes.
