ISR Performance Billet RB25DET Front Facing Intake Manifold

The ISR Performance billet RB25DET front facing intake manifold rotates the throttle body to the front of the engine, which simplifies intercooler piping on RB25 swapped S13 and S14 240SX chassis and opens up room along the intake side of the head. The combo includes the manifold, a gold anodized 14mm top feed fuel rail and a 90mm billet throttle body, and it is intended for RB25DETs with larger turbos and cams that need more plenum volume than the stock cast manifold provides.

Fitment

Nissan RB25DET engines. ISR lists it for RB25 swaps into the 240SX S13 and S14, where the front facing layout keeps the throttle body clear of the strut tower and brake master cylinder.

Street and Track

Provisions for the OEM IAC are retained, so idle control can stay factory on a street car, and the included IACV delete plate blanks it off for race use.

Install Notes

A front facing conversion reroutes the cold side piping, so plan a new charge pipe from the intercooler to the 90mm throttle body. Match your injectors to the top feed rail, run 8AN fuel lines to a regulator, and relocate any vacuum and coolant lines that attached to the factory manifold. ISR also makes this manifold for the RB20DET.
