ISR Performance 02 Turbine Extension - Nissan SR20DET S13/S14

The ISR Performance O2 turbine extension for the Nissan SR20DET is a turbine outlet housing that replaces the restrictive factory O2 housing on the S13 T25, S14 T28, or a GT series turbo. Turbo outlets increase exhaust flow right at the turbine, freeing up horsepower and improving response, and ISR considers this one of the best bang for the buck upgrades on an SR.

Built not to crack

Turbine outlets live in the hottest part of the exhaust and are a common failure point on cheap parts. This specific outlet is double welded on both the outside and the inside of every joint to prevent cracking under repeated heat cycles.

Fitment

Nissan SR20DET in the S13 (T25 turbo) and S14 (T28 turbo) 240SX, as well as SR20DET setups running a GT series turbo with the same turbine outlet flange.

Why upgrade the O2 housing

The stock SR20DET O2 housing chokes exhaust flow as soon as it leaves the turbine. Replacing it with a larger, smoother outlet lets the turbo spool more freely and reduces backpressure, which is a cheap gain compared to most turbo side parts. It is also the natural companion to a 3 inch downpipe.

Install notes

Everything you need to bolt it on is in the box. Use anti seize on the studs, torque evenly in a cross pattern, and recheck the flange after the first few heat cycles. The 3 bolt outlet flange connects to ISR downpipes that use the same pattern.
