Tomei Expreme Ti Y Pipe - Nissan 350Z / G35

The Tomei Expreme Ti Y pipe for the Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 replaces the restrictive factory mid pipe on the VQ35DE with a full titanium piece that flows far more freely and weighs in at about 5 lb. Compared with the stock unit, that is roughly 12 lb removed from the center of the car, on top of the horsepower gained from the improved exhaust flow.

Why upgrade the Y pipe

The factory 350Z and G35 Y pipe is a known choke point. Replacing it lets the two banks of the VQ35DE merge with less turbulence and less back pressure, which helps both naturally aspirated and boosted cars breathe. On a race inspired build it is one of the most effective exhaust changes you can make, and this one does it in titanium.

• Will not fit the AWD G35 chassis

• Center pipe assembly
• Clamp band
• Front gasket and rear gasket
• Flange nut, flange bolt and copper washer
• Plug
• Bolt smooth paste
• Tomei sticker and Expreme Ti sticker

Apply the supplied smooth paste to the flange hardware during assembly to avoid galling on titanium threads. Expect the oxygen sensor bung plug to be used if your setup does not need a sensor in that location.
