ISR Performance Version 3 Bottom Mount Turbo Manifold - Nissan KA24DE - V3 SCH10

The ISR Performance Version 3 bottom mount turbo manifold for the KA24DE is the follow-up to the popular V2, redesigned with longer runners and built entirely from Schedule 10 weld-el fittings. For a turbocharged Nissan 240SX KA24DE-T, it offers a T2 flange in the factory bottom mount location while improving on the flow and durability of most bottom mount manifolds available.

What changed from V2 to V3

• Longer runner design for improved spool and power
• Thicker 1.5 inch Schedule 10 weld-el piping throughout
• Revised runner and collector layout that also produces a more aggressive turbo note
• Bottom mount orientation with a T2 turbo flange

Why Schedule 10 matters

Cracked manifolds are the most common failure on a budget KA-T. Thin-wall tubing cannot cope with heat cycling and the weight of a turbo hanging off the flange. Schedule 10 weld-els have far more wall thickness than typical tubing manifolds, so the V3 is built to survive higher horsepower and years of abuse rather than needing a reweld every season.

Install note

Because the runners are larger than the V2, some OEM T25 and T28 turbochargers may need to be clocked slightly to clear them. Check clearance before final tightening.

• 4x manifold to exhaust housing studs, washers and nuts
