ISR Performance KA24DE Bottom Mount Turbo line kit - Nissan 240SX S13/S14

For a bottom mount turbo on the RWD KA24DE, the ISR Performance KA24DE bottom mount turbo line kit supplies every oil and coolant line needed to get the turbocharger plumbed on a Nissan 240SX S13 or S14. Bottom mount setups place the turbo low and close to the block, which makes hose routing tighter than a top mount; this kit is specifically laid out for that arrangement rather than being a generic line assortment.

What each piece does

• 3AN oil feed line: carries pressurized oil from the factory oil filter housing to the turbo, using the included BSPT/NPT block adapter
• Coolant distribution block with 6AN feed and return lines: circulates coolant through the turbo using existing engine ports, helping protect the turbo from overheating
• 10AN oil return hose, GT drain flange and steel weld-on bung: provide a large, unrestricted drain back to the KA24DE oil pan
• 1/4 BSPT to 6AN adapter fitting for the coolant connection

Important preparation

Flush and inspect the OEM oil and coolant ports before installation. Carbon buildup, sludge or corrosion left in those passages can block flow or contaminate the turbo. The bung must be welded into the oil pan, so plan for the pan to be off the engine and thoroughly cleaned before welding.
