ISR Performance Shorty Clutch Line - 03-06 350Z

The ISR Performance shorty clutch line for the 2003 to 2006 Nissan 350Z replaces the short factory flex section of the clutch hydraulics with a stiffer line that firms up pedal feel. It is the quickest way to address a soft or inconsistent clutch pedal on the early Z33 without pulling the full hard line.

Why upgrade the short section

The factory flex hose is the weak link in the 350Z clutch circuit. As it ages it expands under pedal pressure, which moves the engagement point around and wastes some of the travel you put into the pedal. Replacing just that section restores a direct feel while keeping the rest of the factory plumbing intact, making this a popular first upgrade on a daily driven or track day Z.

Long or shorty?

This is the shorty line. If you want to replace the hard line as well and run one continuous line from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder, see the ISR long clutch line for the 350Z instead.

Install tips

Use the supplied crush washers on both sides of the banjo fitting, do not reuse the old ones, and bleed the system completely. A pressure or vacuum bleeder makes the job easier on the Z33.
