ISR Performance Pro Series Rear Traction Rods - Nissan S13/S14,240,300z

Traction rods control how the rear hub rotates fore and aft under braking and acceleration, and on a lowered Nissan the stock rods leave the rear with more squat and bump steer than most drivers want. The ISR Performance Pro Series rear traction rods for the Nissan 240SX S13 and S14 and the 300ZX replace them with a length-adjustable rod built to a much higher standard than ISR's original Street Series part.

Pro Series construction

• Japanese spherical rod bearings at the pivots
• Larger rod ends compared to the Street Series
• Rod end dust boots to shield the bearing surface
• Thicker materials in the rod itself
• Added bracing to keep the rod rigid under load

Where they have been tested

ISR runs these same traction rods on Patrick Goodin's professional Formula Drift race car, where they take the abuse of 1000+hp. The Pro line exists because the basic arms, after years of success, left room for a part aimed squarely at competition loads.

Using them

Adjustable traction rods let you correct the rear geometry after lowering, reduce squat on launch, and tune how the rear reacts under trail braking. They are built for both street and track duty, and the spherical bearings will transmit a bit more road texture into the chassis than the factory rubber.
