ISR Performance OE Replacement T25 Turbine Outlet Gasket (5 bolt) - RWD SR20DET S13

This ISR Performance OE replacement T25 turbine outlet gasket is the 5 bolt gasket that seals the turbine housing to the downpipe on an S13 RWD SR20DET. It is made as a multi layer steel gasket, which holds up to the heat and vibration at the hottest joint on the engine far better than a single layer composite piece.

Where it goes

The turbine outlet flange on the factory T25 turbo uses a 5 bolt pattern. Any time the downpipe comes off, whether for a turbo swap, a manifold change or an exhaust leak repair, this gasket should be replaced. A leaking outlet gasket produces an exhaust tick on cold start and can let hot gas cook nearby lines and wiring.

Fitment

Install reminder

Clean both flange faces to bare metal before fitting, since MLS gaskets rely on flat surfaces to seal. Use new or heat-treated hardware and tighten in a cross pattern.
