ISR Performance M-Spec Intercooler Kit - Nissan SR20DET S14

The ISR Performance M-Spec intercooler kit for the Nissan S14 SR20DET is the S14 version of ISR's front mount setup, with the aluminum piping routed for the S14 chassis. S14 Versus S13 Routing

The S14 has a different radiator support, bumper structure and front end depth than the S13, so piping built for one does not simply transfer to the other. This kit accounts for those differences, which saves the trial and error of cutting and re-welding a generic set.

Fitment

Nissan 240SX S14 chassis with the SR20DET engine. Confirm your intake manifold and throttle body are in the factory location, since the cold pipe end is built around the stock manifold.

Install Notes

Mock up all pipes loosely before tightening any clamp. The hot pipe sits closest to the turbo and exhaust manifold, so check that nothing touches heat sources once the engine settles under load. If you want a blow off valve flange on the hot pipe, ISR offers HKS and Greddy pre-flanged versions.
