ISR Performance M-Spec Intercooler Kit - Nissan RB25DET Swapped S13/14

The ISR Performance M-Spec intercooler kit for the RB25DET swapped Nissan 240SX S13 and S14 is a complete front mount intercooler package made for a specific swap configuration: an RB25DET with the factory turbo, an aftermarket front facing intake manifold and a Q45 throttle body, mounted in an S13 or S14 chassis on ISR's swap mounts. ISR designed the piping around that layout so the kit bolts together without the trial and error that usually comes with an RB swap intercooler install.

A complete kit

Everything needed to plumb the charge air side is in the box: the intercooler core, the piping, the couplers and the clamps. That makes for a quick and easy installation in an RB25 swapped S13 or S14 and removes the need to source pipes and couplers piecemeal.

Important note

This kit will not work with a factory style cross-over intake manifold. The piping is routed for a front facing manifold with the throttle body at the front of the engine. If you already have ISR's front mount intercooler core, ISR sells the piping portion of this kit separately.

Install tips

Mock up the piping with the clamps loose, set the core position first, then work back toward the turbo and throttle body before tightening. Confirm clearance to the radiator, fan and front bumper support at every joint.
