ISR Performance Front Mount Intercooler Kit - Nissan 240sx 2JZ Swap

The ISR Performance front mount intercooler kit for the 2JZ swapped Nissan 240SX removes the biggest piping headache from a factory twin turbo 2JZ-GTE in an S chassis. It pairs an ISR M spec S chassis intercooler core with piping routed specifically for the stock twins and stock intake manifold sitting on ISR Performance swap mounts in an S13 or S14.

Fitment

Nissan 240SX S13 and S14 chassis with a 2JZ-GTE swap running the factory twin turbos and factory intake manifold, mounted on ISR Performance JZ swap mounts. This kit will not work with 1JZ engines.

Why Buy a Kit Instead of Fabricating

A 2JZ with stock twins in a 240SX has a compressor outlet on the passenger side and a throttle body up front, and getting piping around the radiator, headlights and steering on an S chassis takes a lot of trial fitting. This kit gives you the proven route with the core sized for the S chassis front end. Mock up all four pipes with the couplers loose, check clearance to the bumper support and radiator, then tighten the T-bolt clamps in sequence from the turbo outlet forward.
