ISR Performance VQ35DE Swap Mounts for Nissan 240sx S13/14

The ISR Performance VQ35DE swap mount kit is the mounting package for putting a rear wheel drive VQ35DE and its 6 speed transmission into a Nissan 240SX S13 or S14. Engine mounts, pedestals, transmission brace and bushing are all here, along with the weld in tunnel clearance pieces the larger 350Z gearbox needs.

Mount design

• Separate base mount pedestals locate the engine mounts on the S chassis crossmember

Fitment

Nissan 240SX S13 and S14 receiving a RWD VQ35DE engine with the 6 speed manual transmission. An optional ISR CD shortened shifter assembly makes installation easier; when it is used, the rear of the OEM shifter opening in the chassis must be trimmed slightly.

Clearance notes

Because of the size of the 350Z transmission, additional clearance is required at the firewall, around the transmission casing, and in the tunnel where the crossmember mounts. Use the included weld in clearance kit in that area. Hammering the tunnel instead will distort the mounting holes and throw off alignment.

ISR HGC VQ35DE swap headers are sold separately and are designed to pair with these mounts.
