The ISR Performance -6AN high pressure power steering line fitting with o-ring for the Nissan 240SX is the same fitting that ships with the ISR high pressure power steering line kit, offered on its own. Whether you need a replacement after a damaged o-ring, or you are building a custom power steering line and want a proper -6AN connection at the pump or rack, this is the piece.

Fitting Details

• -6AN thread for braided or PTFE power steering hose.
• Includes o-ring for a leak-free seal at the high pressure connection.

Applications

Nissan 240SX S13 and S14 high pressure power steering circuits, with KA24DE engines or SR20DET swaps. Also useful for custom -6AN power steering plumbing on these chassis.

Why -6AN

The high pressure side of a power steering system sees pressure spikes at full lock, and a proper AN fitting with an o-ring seal is far more reliable there than a barbed hose and clamp. It also lets you build or repair the line with standard AN hose ends instead of hunting for a factory crimped assembly.

Install Notes

Lubricate the o-ring with clean power steering fluid before assembly, thread the fitting in by hand to avoid cross-threading, and torque snug. Bleed the system afterward by cycling the steering lock to lock with the front wheels lifted.
