ISR Performance - 3 Inch High Flow Cat - Nissan 240sx 89-98 S13 S14

The ISR Performance 3 inch high flow cat for the 1989 to 1998 Nissan 240SX S13 and S14 is a custom built catalytic converter with a 300 cell spun metallic substrate, which is considerably less restrictive than the factory unit while still converting harmful exhaust gases. It bolts up to the factory exhaust or to an aftermarket exhaust built to OEM specs, and adds a more aggressive note to the car.

Why a high flow cat

A stock ceramic converter is one of the main restrictions in the 240SX exhaust path, especially on a turbocharged SR20DET or KA-T where the turbo is already making the exhaust work hard. A metallic substrate at 300 cells flows far more freely, letting you pick up power without going to a straight test pipe. The tone becomes deeper and more aggressive, but it stays civilized compared to a cat delete.

Compatible with the factory exhaust and with aftermarket exhausts that follow OEM flange and routing specs. If you run a full custom exhaust with non-standard flange placement, check flange positions before ordering.

Install note

Use new gaskets at both flanges and check hardware after the first few heat cycles. For off road use only.
