ISR Performance Tubular 4-2-1 Header - Nissan 240sx KA24DE 91-98

The ISR Performance Tubular 4-2-1 Header for the 1991 to 1998 Nissan 240SX KA24DE is a stainless steel header built for owners who want the naturally aspirated KA to pull harder through the midrange. The collector is expanded to a 3 inch flange, so it bolts straight to the stock catalytic converter or to the Ace Up 3 inch catalytic converter and exhaust system without adapters.

Why a 4-2-1 design

4-2-1 headers, also called Tri-Y headers, pair cylinders in stages before merging into one collector. That layout produces significant gains at midrange horsepower levels and makes them better suited to street driving than a 4-1 header, which tends to favor peak rpm at the expense of the lower range where a street car spends most of its time.
