ISR Performance Pro Series Coilovers - Mazda Miata MX5 90-98

The ISR Performance Pro Series coilovers for the 1990 to 1998 Mazda Miata MX-5 give the first generation NA a mono-tube damper setup with full ride height control and 32 levels of damping adjustment. They are built for owners who want a Miata that stays composed on a road course but is still comfortable enough to drive to and from the track.

Fitment

These Miata coilovers fit the 1990 through 1998 Mazda MX-5 Miata NA chassis. They are a direct replacement for the factory shock and spring assemblies at all four corners.

Why Step Up to the Pro Line

ISR introduced the Pro Series as a higher end option above its Basic coilovers, with better damping control and higher grade components. The pillowball front mounts are the big functional difference for a Miata: they let you dial in negative camber for grip without aftermarket camber plates, and they remove the rubber from the top of the strut for sharper steering feel.

Setup Notes

Start with damping in the middle of the range and adjust from there. Plan on an alignment after installation, since ride height and camber will both change from the stock setting.
