ISR Performance O2 Harness Extension for Nissan VQ35DE 350Z / G35

Installing long tube headers on a Nissan 350Z or Infiniti G35 moves the primary oxygen sensors far enough that the factory harness no longer reaches. The ISR Performance O2 harness extension for the VQ35DE lets you bridge that gap with a plug and play extension instead of cutting and splicing the sensor wires. It is built for the early model VQ35DE with 4 wire primary O2 sensors.

Built to OEM standards

• OEM housings, locks, wire seals and terminals
• MIL spec M22759/32 Tefzel wire
• Direct plug in at both ends, no cutting or splicing
• Extends the primary (upstream) O2 sensor wiring

Tefzel wire is the same type used in aircraft and motorsport harnesses, with a thin, abrasion resistant jacket that handles the heat near a header far better than generic automotive wire. Using genuine connector housings and terminals means the extension locks in like the factory plug and seals out moisture.

Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 with the early model VQ35DE engine and 4 wire primary O2 sensors.

Check before ordering

Inspect your harness before you buy and confirm you have the early model VQ35DE 4 wire O2 sensors. This extension will not work with later model 6 wire O2 sensors.

Install

Unplug the factory sensor connector, plug the extension in between, then route the added length away from the header tubes and secure it with ties so it cannot contact hot metal.
