ISR Performance HGC LS Swap Header - Nissan 350Z LS swap 03-08 - 1 3/4"

The ISR Performance HGC LS swap headers for the 2003 to 2008 Nissan 350Z are 1 3/4 inch, 304 stainless steel headers designed to fit an LS engine sitting on the ISR LS1 swap mounts. The high ground clearance layout keeps the collectors tucked up so a lowered Z33 is not dragging headers over every driveway.

Design details

With 1 3/4 inch primaries, these headers flow well enough for higher horsepower LS builds while fitting within the tight Z33 chassis. They are made to connect to your existing 350Z Y-pipe, so the rest of the exhaust can stay as it is or be upgraded to an ISR Y-pipe and cat back when you are ready.

Fitment

Nissan 350Z, 2003 to 2008, with an LS swap on ISR Performance LS1 swap mounts. Engine placement from other mount kits is not guaranteed to clear.

Install notes

Install the headers before final engine placement if possible, since access to the head flange bolts is tightest with everything in the car. Use the supplied gaskets and check for clearance to the steering shaft and starter.
