ISR Performance Brake Line Kit - Nissan 350Z (Brembo Brakes)

Brembo-equipped 350Zs stop hard from the factory, but the rubber hoses feeding those calipers still age like any other. The ISR Performance brake line kit for the Nissan 350Z with Brembo brakes is sized for the Brembo caliper fittings, so you get the pedal firmness of braided stainless lines without adapting a standard-brake kit to a car it was not designed for.

Nissan 350Z with the factory Brembo brake option. If your Z33 has the standard calipers, choose the ISR 02-07 standard brake kit instead.

Installation guidance

Brake line installation should be done by a professional mechanic. Read the included instructions completely. In brief: raise the car, remove the wheels, drain the fluid, and note C-clip and banjo positions as the old lines come off. Clean all sealing surfaces, fit the new lines from the caliper along the OEM path with the supplied crush washers, seat every tab and bracket so there is no tension at either end, and confirm the hoses are not kinked, twisted, stretched or trapped through full steering and suspension travel before final tightening. Hold hard lines with the correct wrench, torque to the manufacturer's spec (or 12 to 14 ft-lbs), then bleed with fresh DOT fluid per the manufacturer's procedure.

Warning: check every connection for leaks and confirm a firm pedal before test driving, and recheck all lines after the first 100 miles. Do not mix rubber hoses and stainless steel lines on the same system, and never force, rotate or stretch a stainless hose assembly; it may cause failure.
