Future Fabrication Toyota 1JZGTE VVTi Turbine Elbow

The Future Fabrication Toyota 1JZGTE VVTi turbine elbow is a 100 percent stainless steel, high-flow 3 inch turbo outlet elbow for the VVTi 1JZ. The factory elbow is a known bottleneck on this engine, and this replacement opens the path from the turbine to the downpipe with a fully TIG welded 304 stainless body, stainless flanges and a V-band exit.

Construction and features

• Fully TIG welded 304 stainless steel
• 3 inch outlet with V-band downpipe flange set, no gasket, for easy removal and install
• Stock O2 sensor bung and aftermarket wideband bung included
• Dyno proven: 26whp and 22 ft lbs over the stock elbow
• Also fits upgraded turbos such as the Drift Motion and Tomei Arms M8280

Each kit includes

• 1x turbine elbow
• 1x wideband O2 bung plug
• 2x stainless Allen bolts for the stock O2 sensor
• 1x 3 inch V-band flange for making your own downpipe
• 1x 3 inch V-band clamp

Recirculating LHD version fitment

The recirculating wastegate version is the most compact of the three options. It fits many LHD chassis that the 1JZ VVTi has been swapped into with no issues, including:

• Toyota Supra (JZA80, MA70)
• Toyota Cressida (MX83)
• Lexus IS300 (JXE10)
• Lexus SC300 (JZZ30)
• Nissan 350Z (Z33)
• Nissan 240SX (S13, S14, S15)
• Mazda RX7 (FC)

External LHD version fitment

Two external dump options are available for best fitment:

• Toyota/Lexus version dumps the wastegate straight down, ahead of the rear engine bay chassis brace, and works with all chassis listed above.
• Nissan 240SX version dumps the wastegate down at an angle, exiting under the frame rail. Only recommended on chassis with no rear brace.

Please read before ordering

Because the inside of the turbine housing is not machined from the factory, a small gap is left between the divider and the turbine housing to account for casting shift and flashing. For this reason, both external dump versions will make some noise out of the screamer pipe when not in boost. Order accordingly.
