Plumbing the cooling system is one of the fiddly parts of an LS swap into a 350Z, since the factory Nissan radiator outlets and the LS1 water pump were never meant to meet. Installation Tips

Use quality worm gear or T-bolt clamps sized for silicone hose, and do not overtighten, since silicone can tear under a sharp clamp edge. Route the hoses away from the headers and belt, use the included P-clamps to keep them secured, and bleed the cooling system thoroughly; LS engines can trap air in the heads if the fill point is not the highest spot in the system.
